Prof.Chengchao Liang

Biography
Chengchao Liang received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carleton University, Canada, in 2017 and was awarded the Senate Medal. He is currently a Full Professor in the School of Communication and Information Engineering at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing, China.
From 2017 to 2019, he held a cross-appointed postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering at Carleton University and at the Huawei Ottawa Research & Development Centre.
He serves on the editorial boards ofEURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking,Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies, andComputer Communications. He has served as a reviewer for numerous IEEE journals and conferences and as a technical program committee member for IEEE conferences.
His research interests include wireless communications, satellite networks, Internet protocols, and optimization theory.

Biography
Ata Jahangir Moshayedi is an Associate Professor at the DGUT-CNAM Institute of Dongguan University of Technology, China. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronic Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly the University of Pune), India.
He is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Professional Member of ACM, and a Life Member of the Instrument Society of India.
Dr. Moshayedi has published over 100 research papers, authored 4 books, contributed to 4 book chapters, and holds 3 patents and 16 copyrights. He actively serves as a technical program committee member and session chair for numerous international conferences.
His current research focuses on robotics, particularly the development of autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs) for applications such as smart farming, food delivery, and elderly care.
